29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: On or about 07/13/2020 and at times prior to, at a worksite located at 6501 Turtle Run Blvd Coral Springs FL 33067, employees were allowed to use a 32-foot extension ladder that was erected in a manner that exceeded the 4:1 ratio, to access the parapet wall of the roof.
