NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT DUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF THES VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
