29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about 6/26/2020, at jobsite located at 13807 NW 4 Street, Sunrise, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury that resulted in an in-patient hospitalization on 6/26/2020; the employer was informed of the hospitalization on 6/27/2020, and reported said hospitalization on 7/1/2020.
