29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: Through all plants, employees engaged in material handing activities using the forklifts that were provided, were exposed to stuck-by hazards in that the following markings were not in place and legible in the following instances: 1) Toyota Forklift Model AFGU18 S/N 12741 missing side shift marking 2) Yale Forklift Model Number 4000 and S/N C810V05370L Missing up and down marking 3) Yale Forklift Model Number GLP050VXEURE084 S/N B875B01717C missing tilt marking 4) Yale Forklift Model Number Unknown and S/N Unknown missing up and down marking The AGCO Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172809, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/05/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 420 West Lincoln Blvd. Hesston, Kansas 67062.
