29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer shall complete a compilation of written process safety information pertaining to the equipment in the process including Piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID's): At a facility located at 802 South Street, Plymouth, WI 53073; the employer did not complete a compilation of written process safety information including complete and accurate P&IDs including, but not limited to the following: a) On P&ID drawing R104, at the Vilter compressor (B-ER-CMP-028), the drawing depicted valve LQ-CH-O and pressure indicator LQ-CJ located on the system between valve LQ-CA-O, the compressor's oil separator and the compressor itself. Valve LQ-CH-O and pressure indicator LQ-CJ were not found on the system. b) On P&ID drawing R111, at the high pressure receiver (T-SW-CND-270), the drawing depicted valve LQ-CM-C downstream of valve LQ-CL-C near the bottom of the receiver's sight glass column. Valve LQ-CM-C was not found on the system. The Cedar Grove Warehousing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1198555, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 05, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 802 South Street, Plymouth, WI 53073.
