29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinder(s) were not secured in an upright position: a) On or about 5/20/2020 at a work site located at 75 Hayes Place, Buffalo, New York; an employee was performing selective demolition of clay holding tanks. There were 3 oxygen tanks in the work area that were not secured and protected against accidental tipping. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
