29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) On or about 05/13/2020 on the outside of the south side of the main building, the electrical disconnect switch mounted on the Torit Dust Collector was not marked or labeled to indicate the purpose, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
