29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: 30 Roxbury Road, Mahwah, NJ, instance (a): Employees engaged in exterior framing work using a circular electric saw and pneumatic guns were exposed to struck-by hazards with the potential to cause eye injuries. The employer did not ensure the use of appropriate eye protection for these employees, on or about 5/13/2020.
