29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 1930 Morning Song Road in Marysville, Ohio: On or about February 12, 2020, the employer did not implement and maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazard were identified and corrected onsite while performing framing work. Daniel Larios was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1441180, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1880 Welsh Place, Marysville, Ohio.
