29 CFR 1904.32(a)(4): The employer did not post an OSHA 300A Form or equivalent by February 1 thru April 30. a) 960 Lancaster Ave., Columbia, PA 17512 - Back Store Room - On or about March 9, 2020, the employer failed to post the 2019 OSHA 300A annual summary of work-related injuries and illnesses in an area where all employees had access, Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1047652, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 310 North Main Street, New Madison, Ohio 45346.
