29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: On or about February 18, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the pressure plate mat was installed in a manner that when bypassed, allowed Warehouse Helpers assisting with MJ Saw operations to not have to engage their two hand press with the Saw Operator to activate the hold down bar and saw blade, exposing employees to the hazards of being caught in the machine.
