29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not ensure that the employee used appropriate personal protective equipment when there was occupational exposure: a) Training room and first aid kit area: On or about February21, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards as part of assigned job tasks to assist with amputation injury that occurred and did not ensure appropriate personal protective equipment was used.
