29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Outside Maintenance Department, Foreman Office: On or about February 14, 2020, a APC re-locatable power tap was being used in lieu of fixed permanent wiring where a power tap was mounted underneath a desk and used to power electrical devices such as, but not limited to a computer, printer and phone. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
