29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): Review the OSHA 300 Log to verify that the entries are complete and accurate, and correct any deficiencies identified; On or about February 12, 2020, the most recent OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses for year 2019 was not completed with the following information for all employees covered by the OSHA 300 Log: - annual average number of employees; - total hours worked by all employees; - total number of days away from work; - total number of days of job transfer or restrictions; and, - Standard Industry Classification (SIC) or North American Industrial Classification (NAICS). Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
