29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a. Located at 834 Cranberry Drive in Pataskala, Ohio: On or about February 11, 2020, the employer did not maintain an effective safety and health program to ensure that hazards were identified and corrected onsite while performing roofing work. Gilberto Miramontes was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1221314, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/07/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8731 Bobwhite Drive, Lot 57, Blacklick, Ohio.
