29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: (a) On or about February 6, 2020 and at times prior, for the employee exposed to electrical shock hazards associated with temporary electrical wiring which utilized a plastic, wall mount residential gang box with no strain relief and suspended by the electrical conductor hung with bailing wire at or near 224 Second Avenue West in Ray, North Dakota.
