29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(i): Unsafe conditions disclosed by the inspection requirements of paragraph (j) of this section were not corrected before operation of the crane was resumed: a. On or about February 7, 2020, in the receiving department, the employer continued to operate the Material Handling Systems (FLGL-001) 5-ton crane with deficiencies identified from the annual crane inspection. b. On or about February 7, 2020, in the fabrication shop, the employer continued to operate the Gorbel FLGL-002 crane with deficiencies identified from the annual crane inspection. c. On or about February 7, 2020, in the fabrication shop, the employer continued to operate the Gorbel FLGL-003 crane with deficiencies identified from the annual crane inspection. d. On or about February 7, 2020, in the fabrication shop, the employer continued to operate the Gorbel FLGL-004 crane with deficiencies identified from the annual crane inspection. e. On or about February 7, 2020, in the fabrication shop, the employer continued to operate the Harrington FLGL-005 crane with deficiencies identified from the annual crane inspection. f.
