29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program were understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls was acquired by employees: FACILITY WIDE: On or about February 3, 2020 and at times prior, employees performed service and repair activities on equipment with potential electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, and, thermal energies and were exposed to hazards including thermal burns, electrical shock, electrocution or caught in injuries, from re-energized equipment during repair activities.
