29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) Front of house - On or about January 28, 2020 the employer failed to keep the area where the employees enter and exit the job site clear of debris exposing them to trip and struck by hazards.
