29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not have a competent person determine the feasibility and safety of providing fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: A) 37 Oceanview Ave., Keansburg, NJ: The employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 25 feet when installing the eyebolt brackets for the scaffold post supports from the roof without the use of a fall protection system, safety net or personal fall arrest system.. Condition(s) noted on or about 1/28/2020.
