29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that stairs had uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: (a) Location - 110 Kimball Lane, Lynnfield, MA (Preload-Boxline): On or about 01/21/2020, the riser heights of the stairs used by employees to access the conveyor belt adjacent to the box line varied from 7 inches (17.78 cm) to 11 inches (27.94 cm). United Parcel Service, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1338197, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/08/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11141 Canal Road, Sharonville, OH 45241.
