29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Paint Department, on or about 1/14/2020: The employer did not provide a medical evaluation of employees who are required to wear tight fitting half-face and full-face respirators while sanding and painting. Air-Flo Mfg, Co. Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112720, Citation number 1, item number 1B and was affirmed as a final order on 2/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 365 Upper Oakwood Avenue, Elmira, NY 14903.
