29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a. On or about January 14, 2020, in the facility, employees were exposed to corrosive materials when an eye wash was not available when handling corrosive materials which include monoethanolamine. The Powerstop, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088684, Citation number 1, Item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6112 W. 73rd St., Bedford Park, IL 60638.
