29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. a) 270 North Farview Ave, Paramus, NJ/Front Roof: Worker directly below the front roof was not wearing head protection, on or about 1/10/2020. The Geico Construction llc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1383649, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/28/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 322 East South St, Paramus, NJ 07652.
