29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(v): The employer did not periodically evaluate the performance of contractor employers in fulfilling their obligations as specified in paragraph (h)(3) of this section (Construction Reference 1926.64): (a) On or about October 11, 2019 - M1/M2 upgrade area, employees were exposed to chemical, struck-by, or caught-in hazards when Daikin did not begin to audit the subcontractors at the site until October 14, 2019.
