29 CFR 1904.4(a): Basic requirement. Each employer required by this Part to keep records of fatalities, injuries, and illnesses must record each fatality, injury and illness. Located at Pomeroy Building Supply, DBA Dettwiller Lumber, in Pomeroy, OH: On or about December 17, 2019, the employer did not record an injury on the 2019 OSHA 300 log. On or about December 6, 2019, an employee sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns to their backside from a propane heater.
