29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): On or about December 10, 2019, the employer had not assessed the applicability of its PPE policy at the Edwardsville terminal, as adopted from YRCW. The employer's policy failed to assess all job functions.
