29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) Accumulations of combustible wood dust had accumulated over a prolonged period, including but not limited to the storage above the restroom, other elevated surfaces, ledges, ductwork, and conduit. NOTE: Abatement certification AND supporting documentation are required for this item. Taft Design Works, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1356940, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 3, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Honeysuckle Street, Bellevue, ID, 83313.
