29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (a) Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. Rig US-135, at Latitude 40.131299, Longitude -105.042743, Regnier Farms 19H-B268, Longmont, CO: On or about 12/9/19, Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. did not ensure on-site access to SDSs for hazardous chemicals brought to the well site by Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. that employees of other employers may be exposed to while working at the multi-employer worksite. Hazardous chemicals brought to the well site by Ensign United States Drilling, Inc. included, but were not limited to the following: 1. WD-40; and 2. PB Blaster.
