Location: 55 William St., Newark, NJ. a) Employer failed to provide hole covers at the construction site; on or about 11/19/19. The Europa Associates Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1141543, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/2/17, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ.
