29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. On or about December 4, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working on the ground, below roofing activities, was not wearing a hard hat to protect against falling materials and debris. Woodridge Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1291048, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6531 Longmeadow Avenue, Lincolnwood, IL 60712. Woodridge Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1194723, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 2, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1613 Cambridge Drive, Flossmoor, IL 60422.
