29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) On or about November 25, 2019 and at times prior, the employer, Autonation CDJR Southwest, did not ensure employee work areas were kept free and clear from trip, slip or fall hazards. Soiled oily rags were thrown throughout, used and old car batteries were left out and not discarded properly, and engine oil was found on the floor in the used car bay section. The employer Autonation Ford in Littleton was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278262, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/06/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8200 South Broadway, Littleton, CO 80122.
