29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written certification record: a) jobsite, 949 N Hermitage Rd. in Hermitage, PA. On or about November 20, 2019, employees were exposed to a 10-foot fall hazard while performing roof work. A record of fall protection training was not certified to verify that each employee had received fall protection training. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
