29 CFR 1926.960(g)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to identify employees exposed to hazards from flames or from electric arcs: On or about November 15, 2019, at jobsite location 831 N. Federal Highway, Hallandale, Florida, employees worked near high voltage live wires, without the employer assessing the workplace prior to commencing to identify possible arc flames.
