29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: 22 Willow Street, Chelsea, MA 02150 a) On or about 10/29/19, employees clearing jams from various machines including but not limited to ironers and folders, were not instructed in the energy control procedure for the machine. Wash Cycle Laundry was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(I), which was contained in OSHA Inspection 1269664, citation number 1, item number 2A, and was affirmed as a final order on April 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3600 Sansom Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.
