29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. The employer is failing to maintain the storerooms in an orderly condition so far as the employees can utilize pathways and aisles in their duties at the workplace. This was most recently documented on 10/28 at the Dollar Tree location of 8020 S 84th St LA Vista, Ne location. The passageways used by employees to access the merchandise and perform required unloading and stocking duties were blocked and obstructed.
