29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On October 23, 2019, at a new construction located at 10528 SW Toren Way, Tradition, FL 34987, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards in that rather than using fall protection, such as but not limited to working from ladders or scaffolding, employees were walking on outside tie beams on top of a concrete block wall over six feet high when working to finish setting trusses.
