You must enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred. a. On or about October 24, 2019, the employer did not record an employee's hospitalization on the OSHA 300 Log. The employee was injured and hospitalized on October 17, 2019, as a result of the work-related incident.
