29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about October 16, 2019, throughout the retail sales area, where employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards resulting from spilled product, boxes and merchandise on the walking working surface. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1393119, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2019, with a final abatement date of October 17, 2019,with respect to a workplace located at 3565 Atlanta Hwy, Athens, GA 30606.
