29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1)(ii): Where circumstances such as high worker mobility, significant variations in sound level, or a significant component of impulse noise make area monitoring generally inappropriate, the employer did not use representative personal sampling to comply with the monitoring requirements of this paragraph: a) Panorama Coordinated Services, Inc., 395 East Rogers Road, Longmont, CO 80501: On and before October 16, 2019, the employer did not establish representative personal sampling to comply with the monitoring requirements of this paragraph where employees were using lawn care, landscaping equipment, and snow handling equipment, such as, but not limited to, mowers, trimmers, weed blowers, snow blowers, and a skidsteer. This condition exposed employees to hearing loss hazards from excessive noise.
