29 CFR 1910.178(l): Operators were not trained in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks: 285 Locust St., Woburn, MA On or about October 16, 2019, an employee operating a Lull Powered Industrial Truck, lifting wood trusses, was not trained or evaluated in the safe operation of the equipment. The Bernardes Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1781(l), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1147253, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 315 Broadway, Somerville, MA 02145
