29 CFR 1910.157(d)(2): Portable fire extinguishers for use on Class A fires were not distributed so that the travel distance for employees to any extinguisher is 75 feet or less: The Conference/Breakroom, West Storage/Communications room, West Storage room, Overflow room, Custodial room, Supply room on the 2nd floor, and the Men's Locker room on the 2nd floor the employer did not have fire extinguishers posted in rooms strategically placed every 75 feet or less for employee escape. Employees are exposed to fire hazards.
