29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1): A side-hinged door was not used to connect any room to an exit route: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior to, the employer did not install side-hinged doors to be used as exit routes in the following locations: a. the east side of the warehouse by the overhead door being considered as an exit; and b. the west side of the warehouse by the overhead door being considered as an exit. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 3, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
