29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: (a) On or about 10/01/2019 - Schulte Building Systems, Inc. dba Inland Buildings, 2141 2nd Avenue S.W., Cullman, Alabama, an injury that resulted in a hospitalization on 10/01/2019, was not reported to OSHA within the required timeframe.
