29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: (a) Materials Center, Coater Line CO-6/4614: The Coater Wash Up procedure, document number WI-001, was not inspected annually, on or about 9/26/2019. (b) Materials Center, Coater Line CO-6/4614: The lockout/tagout procedure, Trenton-Litho and Coating Line 4614, was not inspected annually, on or about 9/26/2019. MAUSER USA LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD 1910.147(c)(6)(i), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1215160 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4A AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 8/28/2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 10277 VENICE AVENUE, STURTEVANT, WI 53177 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
