29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not provide the required injury or illness descriptions on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300: On or about September 24, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that the OSHA Form 300 for calendar year 2019 contained a complete description in column F. The 2019 300 log did not define the object or substance that directly injured the employee.
