29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report was not recorded within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: a. 1000 Riverside Drive, Keasbey, NJ The employer did not record an injury on the OSHA 300 log within 7 days of receiving notification the injury was recordable. An employee engaged in warehousing activities was injured and missed two days work due to the injury which was not recorded in the OSHA 300 log. Violation occurred on or about September 20, 2019 b. 1000 Riverside Drive, Keasbey, NJ The employer did not record an injury on the OSHA 300 log within 7 days of receiving notification the injury was recordable. An employee engaged in warehousing activities was injured and lost time (days away) from work due to the injury which was not recorded in the OSHA 300 log.
