29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform: Location: 104 S. Division St Peekskill NY 10566 a) On or about January 29, 2019, employees were working on a 4 level scaffold, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20ft due to the working level missing planks. The Ecua G. Carpentry & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1374494, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/18/19, with respect to a workplace located at 31 Post Place Harrison NY 10528.
