29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): On, or about, September 10, 2019, at 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44128, in the painting department, a small, closed metal container, reported to contain Jasco Lacquer thinner, was not labeled with its contents and health hazard warnings. The thinner contained acetone and was flammable.
