29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: On or about September 5, 2019, at 13379 Machiavelli, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418, employees installing tiles on a roof with a 4:12 pitch and not using any means of conventional fall protection system, were exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet to ground level. Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365779, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2362 S. Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, Florida. Action Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287448, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6020 Currie Place, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33418.
